Sarbajit and our RTI list this is indeed shocking if some appeal filed on Jan 18 is being heard now. Studies by NGOs that are regularly sent to us indicate that CIC has an average waiting period of at least 6-7 months. it is also increasing every month. can you pls tell us which case (ex-govt employee) are we talking about here? nidhi
