By now you might have received the scan of the newspaper cutting
I had sent to you. I had translated verbattum. From the responses, it
seems it did not convey what I was wanting to convey. Incidentally I
am not the Information seeker referred in the paper. In fact I do not
know who it is. One individual from that Panchayat had tried to probe
into the affairs of the Panchayat and Mathrubhumi News paper as usual
is mocking at him instead of appreciating his job tomake his mouth
sht. Few months back the same paper had a dig when some one from
Kannur sought certin inconvenient information from the Collectorate,
Kannur. I found that news of Mathrubhumi had made people at Kannur
from digging further. I think you might have realised the cituation
by now.
