In Mumbai terrorists had arrived by boat while in parliament they had arrived by vote. Do you think IB will give you some information ? No Never ... ? Do you think people like IC Tiwari who had served his prime service period with the corrupt environment of Andhra Pradesh will use his brains to help citizens to acquire information ? All organizations engaged in anti-terror operations are second schedule organization who are going to sing song "there is/was no corruption or Human Rights Violations". This is my experience when IB said there is no corruption or human right violation when there is difference in passport and US visa of Munnabhai MD of AIIMS. The passport did not had mandatory "Place of Issue" filled and the laminated plastic had Ashoka Chakra seal tampered. I kept wondering can US authorities issue Visa without passport. People with normal papers have to face lots of hurdles while Munnabhai MD of AIIMS was allowed to immigrate with blank "Place of Issue" and with Blank "Identification marks". The central information commission of terrorists was much dedicated,swift, prompt and quick in comparison to actual CIC. CIC follows 24 hours under section 7(i) in case of life and liberty while terrorists had instant information in seconds without paper appeals/complaints on their satellite phones. Their (terrorists) network does not rely on lazy incompetent clerks and battles till last breadth while in CIC, they are crippled in absence of staff or mere joint pains or common cold or electricity failures. Same is the situation in our courts with cases piling up for years after years. It is said that learning never ends. We have plenty to learn from ugly Mumbai episode. The timing, determination, most important dedication, management skills, timely information with terrorists will put shame to every information commission, courts of India and security forces. Can CIC without falling in protocols put a tough fight against corruption with positive attitude similar to tough handful terrorists with negative minds against thousands of security forces? Information is vital with both terrorists and security agencies. And wherever there is lapse in free flow of timely information, casualty occurs. This time terrorists succeeded with lives of innocent citizens as their network and their commission was stronger than ordinary civilian system dominated with corruption and outdated technology. What were customs, coast guards, IB doing when MV Alpha harboured Mumbai ? If 10 terrorists with perfect training can seize entire city like Mumbai with/without local support, then where does information with second schedule organizations stand ? Outdated, lapsed, deliberate, fabricated, incorrect...Most of the people working in these organizations are selected on the basis of their pay scale even though they are not suited for the kind of sensitive jobs. Almost every office lacks determination to end corruption and wherever a case pertaining to politician comes up, judges & commissioners stand in queue in their jee-hazoori. However one may try seeking details from MHA which is operated by Patil's babus busy in changing dresses and worried about their pay-scales.
