Brian - Thank you for the reply. I should have been more clear. I need to be able to throw a form into this "popup". So the tooltip won't work as it's content that's not interactive with the user. The idea behind this is so a user can click a forgot password/username anchor and have a low-overhead inline popup appear with a form for input.
