Hi Bill & Group,
These are my answers, for what it's worth.

I'm in the process of building a layout.

Yes they are very well detailed as are all my structures.

> best you can?
Yes

> Like the underbodies are not completely finished, and so on?
I hope that when the layout is up all the models will be
complete. I only leave off things that you can't see unless you
turn them over. If they are on the track and you can't see it,
why model it?
> (5) Do you have any un-scale models running on your layout?
Well a few AF flats scaled out and detailed as best I can. Does
that count.

If it's off by 1/10 who cares? Or if the slope is a few degrees
off who cares? No one will know unless you tell them.

I have not had anyone over to see my layout (it's not ready for
visitors), the only people that see it are the club I'm in and
my family. When I'm to the point I can actually run trains,
maybe I'll be on a layout tour.

I started in AF in 1964, I went to HO about 5 years later, then
back to S scale 1991. I have been sputtering since, I have also
decided to add Sn3 into my layout. I have added the narrow gauge
RR that my Dad never got to build. He got me into trains when I
was very young.
Thankx for letting us do this it was a great idea.
Happy Holidays to all of you and your families.
Have a groovy evening
