Hi All,

I have been thinking about this one for a while. I have noticed the tendency
of posts to the S lists asking about "how to fix this problem" or "did you
ever have this problem" with a brand new S item. The first contact should be
to the manufacturer or seller not the S Lists. It should not be "I just got
this new S ____ and it does not work. Was yours broken too?" I understand
that you may be frustrated that your new item is not working properly. But I
have never heard of AM or SHS not going above and beyond to fix any problems
ASAP. If your problem gets resolved quickly we don’t really need to know
about it. I have been friends with Don and Robin Thompson for almost 20
years now. They are GREAT people. If you have a problem with a SHS item call
them or email them first. We can't help you with warrantee issues here.

***Disclaimer*** I have never dealt with Lionel so I do not know how well
they resolve their warrantee problems.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
