Dave, that is my whole idea... to use the SHS flat car. According to Don (as SHS), the NYC car was not a GSC flat car (NYC was not listed in his list of GSC buyers) However, the SHS-GSC flat is a dead-ringer for whatever flat the Evans rack was built on.
