"In scouring around eBay I found a new mfg (to me) offering etched
brass UP style Cantilever Signal Bridges in kit form for N and HO
modelers. They look to be pretty darn nice with all the details in
the right places and most if not all the rivits and certainly fill a
need for a signal bridge that has sorely been needed in O scale.

I communicated with the builder and he is willing to produce these
kits in O scale if a minimum order of 20 is requested which works out
to $100 per kit. According to his website they are "tab and slot"
design so anyone can put them together with either CAA or solder.

I'm very interested in these bridges but don't need 20 and wondered
if there are any other UP modelers who might be interested. I'll be
happy to be the point man and put the deal together if there is
enough interest but I don't have the time right now to market them so
I'm just looking for other interested UP modelers who might want a
kit or two.

The website is http://www.traincat 2.com/models. htm so take a look if
this sounds interesting to you and then contact me offline.

Thanks,

Butch Holtgrieve "

It would seem to me that if they are willing to make O scale signals, perhaps
they would
make S scale signals?

Having recently started modeling in S again after 15 years,...
my depression has returned regarding signals.

Maybe this could be a NASG project?

year 1: UP signals
year 2: NYC signals
year 3: PRR signals
etc.

???????
