Ken, so far I have been adding a couple of the Kadee red washers to the 
kingpin screw and generally have to wedge up the backside of the #5's 
box with a shim of Evergreen plastic.  This is a work -around that seem 
to work but certainly wouldn't be an approved method from a engineering 
standpoint.  Actually shimming up the backside of the box does help 
offset the coupler droop that affect the #5's. 

Just trying to see what others are doing.
