In the November Model Railroader there is an article about George
Sellios' Franklin & South Manchester. It mentions that he previously
set out to achieve "the maximum detail possible," but now he is
removing detail to get to "the right amount of detail." Imagine that.

BTW, I'm not sure anybody mentioned the fact that this issue contains
a feature length article written by Ed Loizeaux with photos by Greg
Reiter. Among other things, this article describes how Ed compiled the
needed equipment to model a specific train in S. Ed makes it sound
very "doable," which I think is a great inclusion in the article.
