Dave,

I appreciated Dick's kind remark. Actually, I was contemplating how to
best begin to answer your questions. The main focal point on the PWRR
is the city and port of Philadelphia. I also have modeled Camden, NJ
on the other side of the Delaware River. I did a waterfront area and
use a car float to connect the two sides of the river. The
identifiable skyscrapers of Philly's skyline are painted on a backdrop
and the skyscrapers I've built are more of a generic nature. I
extensively used foam core for them. The exceptions to this are a
model of the 30th Street Station and a recently completed facsimile of
a typical Philly row house block similar to the one I grew up in. I
also used a Lehigh Valley Models row house as well.

Actually, there is too much stuff to cover in a post. I would be happy
to communicate with you and possibly share some things with you to
help you out. You can see some of what I'm talking about by going to
royhoffman.com/pwrr and looking at some of the pictures. I hope I can
be of service.

Regards,
Roy
