Many thanks to the list member who posted the listing of Ace parts from the Steam Depot catalogue in the files; now I have a much better idea of what was made in the past. My question is the same: is S scale ever going to see Ace castings again? I think I read that Russ Downs sold the line several years before he died owing to increasing health problems. I like the SHS trucks and AM trucks fine, but it is always nice to have a few options. And I have one singleton Kinsman Bettendorf sprung truck--whatever happened to those dies?

The brake rigging and shoes never came to pass. Ed L. _________________________________________________________________ The New Busy is not the old busy.
