Jace....The old S GAUGE HERALD had many how-to articles about converting AF
cars (including cabeese) to scale. Copies are available via Dick Karnes and
the NASG Library. Not sure if anything was specific to WM or LV, but lots of
generic information. Of course the parts and materials back then may not still
be available today. And, in some cases, even better stuff is currently being
made. Overland Models did bring in a brass import of the "northeastern"
caboose. Have fun...Ed L.
