Not to confuse the matter, but I used ATLAS HO 'phone poles in the background
to create the illusion of distance. They are mounted on a small knoll so as to
stand a bit taller. Works quite well. As ....dave suggested, translucent
green (green paint mixed with silver) is a good color for the insulators which
are already small due to being marketed as an HO product. Whatever pole you
use, stringing the lines is where the real fun begins. Cheers...Ed L.
