NMRA P64 is code 87 not 88.  The P64 flange ways wont accept ANY RP25  
wheels.  The P64 contour is almost exact ARA which would be code 86.6  
a very fine difference..  The Proto standards have a "fit and slide"  
allowance for scales below 1:50.  There is enough difference in the  
prototype between us and the UK that there "S" standards are exact BS2.
NASG has only an RP3 and RP4 for Proto 64 which uses an RP25 contour  
code 88 wheel.  Therefore it is not really proto but almost as the  
flanges etc are still way overscale.
