WRONG!!!!!!!!! RP25 is scale agnostic. <www.nmra.org/standards/sandrp/pdf/RP-25%202009.07.pdf> NASG and NMRA wheels standards are identical. <http://www.nasg.org/standards/standards-S4.html> <http://www.nmra.org/standards/sandrp/pdf/S-4.2%202010.02.24.pdf> An exact scale wheel in "S" would be code 86 but would not be RP25 A P64 wheel is code 87 and has a very fine profile. A P87 wheel is code 64 but if it were code 86 or 88 the profile would be finer than that for P64. The proto flange is scale senstive but RP25 is not. <http://www.nmra.org/standards/sandrp/pdf/S-4_1.pdf>
