That is why some refer to the current NASG standards as "Fine-Scale".
The equivalent in H0 uses (Wait for it) code 88 RP25 WHEELS.
Such wheels are also used by the NASG RPs for Proto64.  Those RPs are  
not true proto as they use wide flanges from PR25.  We in P64 call  
that semi proto or 'dang near proto' as a P64 wheel is code 87 the  
main difference is the flanges.
