Hi Jim; I think BTS has the fan covers you are looking for. A quick note that many people on the DCC sound list have noted you get better sound pointing the speaker down through the truck openings rather than up, the sound waves bounce off the track bed which seems to improve the base effects. Others have noted the same effect if they hold a hand over the up pointing speakers, so you might want to re-position the speaker, and do the open fans just for show.
