Dick, A former local modeler (O scale) built is own SP style wig-wags.
His name was Charles Morrell--but I can't remember the magazine (MR?)
his article was published in.
If anybody's interested, I have a pair of Tomar flashers, NIB. No
electronics included that I'm aware of!
