Somehow I just don't think everyone's on the same page when it's "go" time. Either because of a change of financial status and/or that not everyone gets the word to commit at the right time, or at all. I somehow feel it's the later. It's just difficult to believe that we can't band together for a simple project as a freight car. I mean Geez, it's not like it's a $2500. brass iimport we're talking about here. As someone mentioned before, "If it were easy, everyone would be doing it!" Well it's not easy (especially with the times as tough as they are) but that's why we're in a scale that each of us are always proud of - not like any other 'run-of-the-mill scale . Maybe we need some money up front, I don't know. It's always the same old story when it comes down to crunch-time. I've reserved two, (and I'll reserve three if I have to, to help the project out and help see it through). Heck, it seems as though many times I never receive the "go" word either, or wonder if my reservations are counted when it comes time to say "yea or nay" on the project. I as many others, I'm sure feel disappointed when our special project "falls through the cracks". Let's not give up. Every different piece of motive power or rolling stock speaks versatility for S scale and shows everybody else how promising it is to have the 'right stuff'. When the economy is down and large scale production is at a lull, THIS is the time to support these types of projects more than ever! My two cents, Mike Byers

I'm not in the marked for toys, so I won't produce them, either. (or sacrifice the accuracy of a model for the sake of compatability) I'd just rather not produce the model. My ten cents worth.
