Mr. Karnes,

Would you consider the shorter Shinohara turnout an acceptable option if it 
were correctly labeled as #4.5, #5.25 (or whatever the diverging route really 
measures?) I've not yet seen one, and measure for myself when I do. 

I'm planning a switching layout with an SW-9 diesel and 40' freight cars, so a 
frog angle sharper than #6 is acceptable. I don't have the 'real estate' for #8 
frogs.
