How close did Kinsman come to having an observation car?  DJE

Did you mean CLOSED-vestibule?
  The open vestibule stock were based on B&M [mostly] commuter stock. And the 
O&W "Great Splinter Fleet" were
  primarily closed-vestibule equipment with the remaining open-end cars rapidly 
becoming MOW equipment.
