Butch,

Did you notice that we recently posted the fact that in conjunction with
LAKE JUNCTION MODELS, LLC, who is producing our B&O I-1 kits (see files section
for images) has already produced prototype box car laser kits for THE SUPPLY
CAR.

The prototype of our 40' is originally an Chicago and Alton single door
car.  We are also using it as the basis for other generic versions with 7', 8',
DD, and D1/2 cars.

The cars will be available with no decals, trucks or couplers,  TICHY grab
irons will be provided.  Both GRANDT LINE AB brakes and VINTAGE CLASSICS K
brakes will be available at an additional cost if a customer needs them.

      A)  The 40 foot boxcar kits will be available at $39.95 + SH.  They are
as follows,

      1)  Single door  (6', 7' and 8')

       2)  Door and a half

       3)  Double Door

        B) 50 Foot Furniture Car (Possibly priced at $42.95)

    1.  We are taking firm orders for the 40' boxcars in September.

2.We will not accept any payments at this time.

    3. Simply send an attachment to your email listing what you want when we
are ready    to accept payments.

We appreciate the several people that have already placed reservations
based upon our first notice of this project.

These box cars will come initially with a channel stock type underframe.
Eventually, they will be available with Truss Rods.

Our goal is to provide kits to S that are easy to assemble and attractive
in price to existing and new modelers.

The prototypes were seen by many of  you at the DULUTH NASG Convention
in 2010.

       Questions are welcomed.

Thanks,

Bob McCarthy

      Hi Jamie,

I didn't think Ron meant it would actually cost $69 either, but the inference
was that RTR products could cost more and/or we might get kits for the same
price as we used to pay for RTR.

I'm good with either scenario and my point is/was that I would be happy to pay
a little more to buy American built trains if it got us away from depending on
the Chinese and their games.

I really like building kits and would like to see someone fill the hole left by
PRS. Possibly cars could be offered RTR and in kit form.

But, to make this simple, I'm willing to support the guys and companies like
Don, Ron and Ron who are supporting us, whether it is with kits or RTR trains.
