Interesting question for RGS fans.  Off the top of my head, I think RGS is 
the only
example of using a Pierce Arrow.

Other Railroad pillaged other vehicles.
For example, the SR&RL used REO's for it's larger "busses" and Model-T for 
some rail inspection
cars.  WW&F used a model T or model A with a Jack under it, so the 
inspection car could be turned
around.
SR&RL - User REO's for it's larger buses
SR&RL or was it WW&F used Model T's for it's rail inspection cars
Some might have used MAC's or there...
