Bob, No reason here to hit "delete".... I find it interesting! I also thought 
there is a real town or county named Shabonna? Thought I saw it on a map.
Now, you mean to say you never "bobbed for apples" on those long nightime 
runs??? One of the hardest things to do was keep awake with the engines droning 
away, mesmerizing to say the least!
