Not to rain on the parade, but there are a couple of problems here.
First, the PA build was not Andre's, he actually commented about not needing a
PA. The model work was done and posted by Bob Frascella. Bob definitely
deserves the credit for the fine work involved.
Secondly, why would you go through the process of 3D scan, Rapid Prototype and
then a mold, when you can simply make the mold off the existing modified shell?
Third would be the question of ethics in reproducing a model made from two
commercial products. I really don't want to start a long thread on this
subject, but if someone plans to make the final shell a commercial product
itself, that has to be considered. Both the AM PA and the Flyer model are
current production models.
