I agree Ed. Lot's of guys sell trains on eBay or eBay wouldn't be as huge as it 
is. Saying "I have too much invested in ---"  is basically saying it's too much 
trouble to change so I'll stay where I'm at. 

But, I've seen an increasing number of N & HO modelers checking out O scale on 
the Atlas O and OGR forums the past few years who do want to model in a larger 
gauge.  Those are the guys we need to be reaching. They're thinking bigger 
trains and haven't commited yet. 

But, we're also seeing some O guys coming to "S" recently so maybe "S" is being 
noticed more.  

BTW, there is an "S" forum on the OGR forums website that has a much smaller 
group of followers and frequented by AF guys too, but its very friendly and 
lots of ideas and knowledge being passed around if this forums members care to 
check it out.
