I have some SHS box car underframes w/brake rigging, and they are superb. They
are slated to become the backbones of a fleet of pulpwood cars... SAL R-5 Wood
Racks to be specific.

But I thiink the focus here is not on REPLACEMENT parts, but ALTERATION parts
for changing a model's details from the stock appearance.

Subject: Re: {S-Scale List} Diesel Detail Parts

Did you guys realize you can buy detail parts from SHS. They have a lot of
extra details and replacement parts that make up their locos...... and these
are really quality details as you know.

I'm ordering some F unit nose doors with built in headlights plus the extra
lights and hardware today. Complete kits for $7.50 each......where else could
I do that......no where.

I imagine if you think about all the details that make up one of their locos
(doors, horns, wipers, grabs, handles, MU hoses, etc, etc) they would have them
in stock.

Not sure about rolling stock details but maybe Don will chime in here.
