Hi Mike....

The explanation in your message below is excellent.   We agree that it is good 
advice for a S newbie.  

However, the original message had none of this explanation and essentially said 
(paraphrased) "a guy named Bill wrote an article in a magazine which no longer 
exists and you should go look it up."  Yeah, I left out a few words, but that 
is the overall impression it made on me.  

The expanded verbiage written below strikes me as being very helpful and 
appropriate.  It sure makes a lot more sense now.

Hopefully he will not get discouraged.
