I'm not pretending to be an expert, but it is my understanding that Bowser no longer makes them (they've been shedding parts of their business, the S turntable was one of them). However, one might be able to find one on the secondary market.

That review led me to purchase one for myself. It's really a quite robust unit. 
I bought mine from Scenery Unlimited back in the day.
