Amen to that.
AM stuck its neck out and filled a crucial need in S.
For years the HO crowd bashed Athearn, but when push came to shove, a lot of 
folks bought their products. Ever notice the price differences between AM and 
their competitors? Sure, you get what you pay for, but lot of us need the Fords 
as well as the Lincolns and the Fords run just as well (no jokes from the Chevy 
lovers please).

Keeping two Mercurys going....
