Well said! And I think the key word here is "goal" - my goal is flawless
operation, and the only way I can even hope to achieve that is to try. So my
plan is:
- make note of problems and address them in a timely fashion (e.g.: I found a
problem today, and fixed it); and
- take the time to prep for operating sessions (e.g.: test all track switches,
clean track, clean wheels on engines and rolling stock, etc.)
Can I achieve flawless operation? I think so - but I KNOW I cannot achieve it
if I don't try.
