Good discussion. By buying SHS, or by their new S catalog, both companies are certifying that They believe S is the future. O has grown and appeals to folks like me until you're made to realize that it's simply too big and then you look at s. Residential real estate trends have been downsizing for years. the era of big houses is gone. And, the population isn't growing younger. Makes the case for S and both Lionel and MTH know and prove it by their investment.
