Hi Rich, Since the lawsuit settlement supposedly was sealed, we'll probably never know all of the details. Rumor has it that while the original 40-3/4 million dollar judgment was thrown out, the final settlement included a 16 million dollar payment to MTH, not exactly small change. I wonder then if the final settlement was a cash transaction, or was it tendered in some other manner?
