Based on what I've been reading on the OGR board over the years, the settlment
was pretty much all cash, with Lionel being allowed to make a final run of some
products using some of the disputed tooling.
But, that's all water under the bridge now, with Lionel and MTH being slightly
more friendly competitiors than before, but competitors none the less.
And they will be now competing in S, whether S Scalers like it or not.
