Hello Bill;

No, your posts will not disappear (unless they get nasty - disagreement is, of
course, allowed; not calling names or impugning someone's character). I don't
generally hold a grudge, and tend to lean the other way, giving you more leeway
if we have had a disagreement.

Some list members think there should be little or no moderation of the list,
others complain frequently of anything off-topic or even if on-topic threads go
on past a dozen or so posts. We (Bill and I) will never please everyone, so we
aim for a middle ground. Posts I delete are those which have nothing to do with
S scale and/or which fall to the level of personal attacks. In truth, I
generally do not bother deleting posts at all unless there has been a blow-up
on the list. Those posts are a permanent record, and I think a deterrent to
anyone checking out the list before joining. I'm sorry if you feel removing
those posts detracts from the value of the list.
