Floquil now thins with regular old paint thinner. I don't think you'd have any
problem with Scalecoat II, but with I, I think you will.
I tried to avoid priming with Scalecoat I Chinese Red on a brass caboose, but
it wouldn't hide worth a damn, so I had to strip it and prime it after all.
