I am heading into somewhat untested (for me) territory. I am making my SMMW M53 into the C16 B&O Blue express car. At the same time I am painting the RRM converted troop boxcar also for B&O. I do not prime my brass when I paint. The RRM car is already primed.
I already have the Scalecoat 1 B&O blue paint. Would a coat of Floquil primer on the urethane car seal it so I can use the Scalecoat 1 on it? Has anyone else done this?
