If you really think our project is doing well on inclusivity and openness, look at https://github.com/sagemath/sage/graphs/contributors and think again. The move to GitHub actually is a necessary critical step to *improve* inclusivity -- it remove barriers for attracting & retaining developers. Trac is a major barrier.
