Yes, I was only referring to the channels.  Note that being logged in
is NOT the same as actively watching for a non-personal post on the
channels, which is perhaps part of the issue.  Maybe there could be a
"sage" channel for now.  OR there could perhaps be instructions for
how to get people's attention (though apparently people don't really
read the instructions either).
