think this
addresses cwitty's comments and avoids the previous failure since I added
a line to spkg-install so now places the wtdist in the right directory.
Unfortunately, sage -testall cannot be trusted on this machine since it
fails on every module which uses maxima. (I hope when ecl is used, this
will go away.) Therefore, I only did some limited and localized testing.
Seems to work better anyway.
