Notwithstanding, Sage passes all (not long) tests even with that on my
Mac. Maybe that's good enough.

I don't notice any talk there about getting rid of it, though I see the
name changes. That said, there are only three files in `module_list.py`
which include `zn_poly` in their library list, and then there is the whole
sage/schemes/hyperelliptic_curves/hypellfrob/ folder, also by David
Harvey. It does appear that "zn_poly is no longer maintained" and the
latest version is included in FLINT - has been since 2009, huh.
