New description:
I started using Magma in 1998 because only Magma had an implementation of
Pizer's algorithm from [Pizer, 1980] for computing with Brandt modules.
The point of this ticket is to get an implementation of this algorithm in
to Sage.

The attached patch has no dependencies and should apply cleanly to
sage-3.4.
