> GCC 4.x (in contrast to 3.x) requires GMP, MPFR (and since 4.5 IIRC also
MPC), so these packages should have been pulled in by Cygwin if/when you
installed the GCC4 package.
See, that's just what I thought. So I was really surprised. Perhaps
something got interrupted in the download - Windows autoupdated or
something, maybe. I'm not worried about it.
Anyway, it's well into polybori now, so that is a positive sign.
