More fun on Win 7, two threads:
* zn_poly only will build properly with one thread, otherwise the tuning
goes too slow or something.
* Got some probably rebase need in polybori.
* Did I do something wrong in that lapack is really built? Atlas just
gets copied from /usr/lib/, but I had thought that lapack would just copy
from the lapack Cygwin package. Not important, probably just my
ignorance.
