1. Continue through the padic_ZZ_pX files and add more examples and tests
using other extensions (started in padic_ZZ_pX_CR_element.pyx).
2. Continue improving ReST compliance in files after
padic_capped_absolute_element.pyx
Robert, are there other files besides padic_ZZ_pX_element.pyx that you had
in mind for the comment about docstrings being duplicated?
