Nononono. By assumption you know that x[h] is at least equal to three
(remember that the case x[h]=2 is the one you tested just before). So if
x[h] is equal to 3, and what follows is 2,2,2,2,....,1,1,1,1,.... then you
can just gather the 1s into 2s.
