comment, or by fixing some typo...) to trigger a ''full'' rebuild of the
Sage library, e.g. if we make further structural changes to (just)
`module_list.py` that do require a rebuild (of a couple of otherwise
untouched, or of all modules).
Thinking a bit more about it, this can be quite annoying ''during
development'', so we may add some way to bypass the dependency on
`setup.py`. (There's already a `DEVEL` variable in it, but it's also
unconditionally set to `False`, rather than derived from some environment
variable, say.)
