My rule is: when in doubt, make a new ticket. Generally, that makes things
easiest to review. Imagine there is a reviewer who cares very much about
the `<video>` tag. He could easily review one of your 5 hypothetical
tickets, but he might find this ticket here too overwhelming to review.
