license. ''Other people'' do have to follow the rules of the license if
they use rights provided by that license.
Do you mean to say you can release binaries under GPL and do not provide
complete corresponding source? Well, obviously the answer is no...
Anyhow, perhaps Sage can redistribute giac with a notice saying that we
don't know the license terms for it.
